Not sixty. Ninety. I've found sixty minutes is enough to identify problems and enough to sketch a plan. Not enough to do both properly. The extra thirty minutes turns "here's what's wrong" into "here's exactly what to do about it." You get my full attention. No group calls, no cohort, no other coaches listening in.
Within 7 days of the call, I send you a written document capturing the strategic decisions we made, the priorities in order, the specific next steps, and the reasoning behind them. Reference it weekly. Share it with a VA. Use it to hold yourself accountable to the plan.
For a week after your call, I answer questions directly by email. When you start implementing and hit a wall, or something needs clarifying, hit reply. Real answers from the person who built your strategy. Not template responses.

Follow-up calls (optional):
If you want a check-in as you implement, 60-minute follow-up calls are available at $200 each. Not required. Most coaches don't need them.
Not a scarcity game. Five calls, five documents, and five email support windows is what I can properly deliver alongside my other client work. When the month is full, applications go into the queue for the following month.
