The first month is all about finding the gaps in your business and developing the right strategy to generate consistent leads.
90-minute Business and Strategy Deep Dive. Everything starts with an in-depth discussion about your business. After all, I can’t develop a custom strategy and help turn your business around if I don’t know every last detail.
Done-For-You Strategy Overhaul. After our 90-minute 1:1 call, I'll get to work and create a bespoke strategy to help you stand out from the crowd and give you the platform to generate consistent leads and reach your revenue goals. This includes market research, brand positioning, offers, pricing… everything you can think of.
Done-for-You Funnel #1. I'll take control of the technology and build the systems and processes. You don't have to worry about ManyChat, email automation, or integrations. I'll also give you guidance and templates to write the emails for your onboarding sequence.
This done-for-you service alone is worth more than the price of 6 months in the mentorship.
30-minute Content Detective Call. This is the first of many 1:1 calls we’ll have to delve deep into what organic content is working in your niche. The goal is to unearth the hooks, headlines, and post formats that will give you the greatest opportunity to get noticed.
Private DM Support. Not only will you get the strategy, done-for-you funnel, and content calls, but you will also get direct access to me when you need it for the entire time you’re part of the programme.
Month 2: Improvement & Growth
Done-for-You Funnel #2. I'll get started on your next funnel so you have multiple ways to attract new leads. We’ll decide what this funnel will be based on our initial discussions and how things are going. But don’t worry! I’ll still handle all the technical stuff.
2 x 30-minute Content Detective Calls. In month 2, we ramp up our calls so that your content is constantly improving, and you’re generating more reach, views, and likes. Every two weeks, we'll review your content performance on a 1:1 Zoom call. Together, we’ll research what’s working in your niche and develop a clear plan of what to post for the next 14 days.
2 x Email Check-Ins. On the weeks we don’t have a Content Detective Call, I’ll ask you to give me a business update via email. This ensures you’re on top of your key business metrics, and I’m keeping you accountable.
Ad Support (Optional, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED). If you have the budget, I’ll give you guidance on how to run effective ads from as little as $10 per day. I won’t manage the ads for you, but I’ll be there to give you help and support so you don’t waste your hard-earned cash.
Month 3: Finalising The Foundations
Done-for-You Funnel #3 (Optional). If your business needs it, I’ll build a third funnel.
2 x 30-minute Content Detective Calls. We’ll continue our fortnightly calls, so that you never fall off track, run out of ideas, or get demotivated.
