Make your fitness business the obvious choice for your ideal clients in 90 days.

If you're reading this, you're probably posting most days, emailing your list, and still waiting for enquiries. You're not doing it wrong because you're lazy. You're doing it in the wrong order, and that's fixable. Thirty days on the foundations, sixty days using them to get clients, one to one the whole way.

You are doing the work. It is not producing clients.

Posting most days. Emailing your list. Running the odd ad. And still waiting for enquiries that arrive in bursts, if they arrive at all.

When content gets no traction and emails produce no sales, the cause is usually further upstream. Your market is too broad, so nothing you say lands hard enough for anyone to feel spoken to. Or the offer is unclear, so people read, nod, and move on. Or there is no path between someone noticing you and someone paying you. None of that gets fixed by writing more posts.

It is not your fault either. The advice aimed at you says post more, show up daily, be consistent, and the algorithm will reward you. The programmes aimed at you hand over a framework built for someone else's business and leave you to work out which parts apply. Neither tells you what to do first, which is the only question that matters when nothing is working.

What is Sprint 90?

A ninety-day one-to-one programme. I work on your business with you, every week, for three months.

Month one has a fixed structure. Four weeks, four parts of your marketing, in the order that makes each one easier than the last. One 60-minute video call a week, and my inbox in between. We get on a call at the start of the week, agree what you are doing, and you go and do it. You email me questions as they come up. At the end of the week you tell me what happened.

Months two and three drop the curriculum. The foundations are built, so the work turns to traffic and leads. You update me each week, I tell you what to do next. No calls to sit through, no modules to work your way past, just direction based on what your business is actually doing.

No group calls, no community, no course library, and no template that every coach gets handed. Everything we do is aimed at your business, and the work stays yours to run afterwards.

This is for you if

  • You coach clients already and have an offer that has sold. This is not a starting-from-nothing programme.
  • You are good at coaching and average at marketing, and you are tired of that being the thing holding you back.
  • You want someone to look at your business specifically, not hand you a framework built for someone else's.
  • You will do the work between calls. The results come from what you implement, not from what we discuss.
  • You want to own the system at the end, and run it yourself.

This is not for you if

  • You have not signed a client yet or are still working out what you sell.
  • You want it done for you. I will tell you what to do and check your work. I will not write your emails.
  • You want a community to belong to. There isn't one, and there won't be.
  • You want a guaranteed revenue figure before you start. I cannot honestly give you one.
  • You are shopping for the cheapest option. This is not expensive, but it is not the cheapest.

Month one, week by week.

The order matters more than the content. Each week only works because the one before it is done.

Week one

Niche and positioning

Who you serve, what you are known for, and why anyone should pick you over the other coach in their feed. Everything downstream depends on this, which is why it is first.

Week two

Offer and sales process

What you sell, how it is structured, what it costs, and what happens between a conversation and a payment. Most coaches lose clients here without ever knowing it.

Week three

Content and email

What to say now that you know who you are saying it to. The content that earns attention, and the emails that turn that attention into conversations.

Week four

Client acquisition

The routes to clients you can work this week. Referrals, past leads, old sales conversations, and the people already paying attention to you.

How a week runs.

  • Monday or Tuesday. A 60-minute video call. We look at where your business is, cover that week's focus, and agree exactly what you are doing before we speak again.
  • During the week. You do the work. Questions go to me by email and get answered. You are not sitting on a problem for six days waiting for a group call.
  • Friday. You check in with what you did and what happened. I read it before we speak again, so the next call starts where you actually are.

In months two and three the calls stop and the weekly check-ins carry on. By then you know what you are doing. What you need is someone who knows your business telling you the next move.

Where you are at day ninety.

Not a revenue figure. The things you will have that you do not have now.

  • A niche you can say in one sentence without hedging it or adding three exceptions.
  • An offer you can explain without apologising for the price, with a clear path from first conversation to payment.
  • Content and emails you know what to do with, because you know who you are talking to and what they need to hear before they buy.
  • Two or three routes to clients you can run any week, whatever the algorithm decides to do with your reach.

You will also know why each of those works, which matters more than the list itself. The point of ninety days is that you can keep running it on day ninety-one without me.

Coaches I have worked with.

Different businesses, different markets, same order of work.

Worth saying plainly: Sprint 90 is a new programme, and the coaches below worked with me on longer engagements before it existed. I built Sprint 90 by taking the marketing work that produced these results and compressing it into the order that matters most. Several of these coaches are UK-based, so their figures are in pounds.

£4k to £8k a month

Martin doubled his business in under a year.

Martin went from £4,000 a month to £8,000 a month in less than twelve months. Along the way he gained 200,000 followers and reached over 30 million views a month, building a substantial email list in the process, using a deliberately simple content approach rather than a punishing daily posting schedule.

66% revenue growth

Bryce went from £66k to over £100k a year.

Eighteen months of work together took Bryce past six figures annually and produced the biggest growth period his business had seen.

I think over the 18 months that we've worked together, we've gone over absolutely everything I've needed and more. It's taken our business from 60k to 100k a year and seen our biggest growth. You've given me the foundations of the business, the launches, how to run 1-2-1 coaching more efficiently and a lot more.
Bryce Banfield
700 to 18,000 followers

Jewade quit his gym job.

Jewade redefined his niche, built a new coaching programme, and simplified his content so he spent less time recording videos. His following grew from around 700 to over 18,000.

I have since quit my in-person job and have had the confidence to go it alone. I still keep some in-person hours because I'm a coach who loves working with people. But these in-person hours are on my terms because I have an online business growing monthly. Simon has helped me shape and build the online business I always wanted.
Jewade Graham
1,195 leads in one month

Jason increased revenue 60%, then nearly doubled it.

Jason's monthly revenue climbed 60% within a couple of months of our first deep dive into his business. A few months later, after implementing one of the ideas we developed, he had almost doubled it. Then he generated 1,195 leads in a single month, a 426% increase on the month before.

Two new clients a month

Stuart built something that keeps producing.

After putting the foundations in place, Stuart began signing two new clients a month consistently.

It's been absolutely incredible. I've learned so much and I'm so much happier with my marketing and how to do it properly.
Stuart McLay

Ninety days, one to one, five places a month.

Simon Mitchell

Who I am.

Simon Mitchell. I build marketing systems for online fitness coaches, and I ran one of these businesses myself for four years.

Thirteen years in marketing. Four years running my own online fitness business. Five years building marketing systems for other coaches.

I started in marketing at Jaguar Land Rover in 2013. In 2017 I launched my own online fitness business, Iron Paradise Fitness, and ran it until 2021, growing it from nothing to six figures inside three years. Since 2021 I have been building marketing products and services specifically for other fitness coaches.

In 2023 I wrote a book called Posts To Profits. It hit number one in five Amazon categories and knocked Alex Hormozi's $100M Offers off the top spot in Direct Marketing.

I am not building a personal brand and I am not selling you a lifestyle. I am the person you work with when you have decided your marketing needs to work and you would rather not spend another year learning it the slow way.

What you are committing to.

Ninety days. Both options cover the same three months: $479 a month for three months, or $1,300 paid in full.

The monthly option spreads the cost across three payments. It is not a rolling subscription you can stop after four weeks, and I would rather tell you that here than let you find out later.

That is deliberate. Month one builds the foundations and months two and three are where those foundations start producing. A programme you can leave at week three is a programme that lets you quit immediately before the part that pays you back. If you are not ready to give it ninety days, do not start it.

In return, here is what I commit to. Every weekly call happens. Every email you send gets a reply from me, usually the same day and always within one working day. Everything you write and send me gets read properly and marked up. If I fail on any of that, tell me and I will put it right.

What I will not do is promise you a revenue figure. I know nothing about your market, your pricing, or how quickly you make decisions, and putting a number and a date on your results under those conditions would be dishonest. You have read enough of those promises already. I can tell you what we work on, in what order, and why. I can promise you the work.

How it starts.

First

You pick an option below and pay.

Monthly or in full. Nothing else to choose, and no application form to fill in.

Then

I send you a short questionnaire and we book your first call.

It covers your offer, your clients, your numbers and what you have already tried, so the first call starts with work rather than background.

Monday

Week one begins.

We get on the call, work out who your business is really for, and you leave with the week's actions agreed.

Why start now rather than in January.

Organic reach is not coming back. Every month you spend guessing is a month of posts that produce nothing and leads that go cold. The work in month one is the same work whether you start it this week or in six months, and the difference is six months of clients.

There are also five places a month, and when they are gone the founding terms go with them.

Questions people ask.

How much time does it take each week?

It depends on what your business needs and how quickly you work. Some weeks are a couple of hours. Others, particularly when there is a sales page or a sequence to write, take longer. What I can tell you is that most of it replaces something you are already doing badly rather than adding to your workload, and we agree what is realistic for your week on every call.

Do I need to spend money on ads?

Yes, from month two. Paid traffic is the most reliable way to put your offer in front of the right people week after week, and the minimum useful budget is $300 a month on top of the programme fee. Below that, Meta does not get enough data to optimise and you end up guessing from noise. If that is not possible for your business right now, this is not the right time to start.

What if I do not have an email list?

Then building one is part of the work, and we start with the people already paying attention to you. What matters more is that you have clients and an offer that has sold.

Will you write my emails and content for me?

No. I will tell you what to write, read what you produce, and tell you what to change. You keep the skill at the end of it, which is the point.

Can I pay monthly and stop after month one?

No. Both options cover the full ninety days. Monthly simply spreads the cost over three payments rather than one. The programme is built as a ninety-day piece of work and month one on its own would leave you with foundations and nothing built on top of them.

What if I have been burned by a programme before?

Most coaches I speak to have. Usually it was a framework built for someone else's business, delivered on a group call, with nobody checking whether it fitted yours. This is the opposite arrangement, and you are welcome to ask me anything by email before you join.

What happens after ninety days?

You carry on by yourself with a business that makes sense. If you want to keep working together, we can talk about it then. There is nothing waiting at the end that you have to buy.

Ninety days from now.

You will either have a business that makes sense to the people you want as clients, or you will be where you are now with three more months of posting behind you.
